- Q: How can I contact you?
A: At the top of this page, you will see the words 'contact us'. From there you will be able to write your message and send to the relevant department. We are keen to hear your views, good or bad so please do not hesitate if you wish to air your opinion. You will usually receive a reply within 24 hours.
- Q: What if my question is not answered in these FAQ's?
A: Please contact us at customerservice@blackjackfactory.com and we will be more than happy to answer any question you have.
- Q: What is the tutorials page?
A: The free tutorials page has been designed to help trainee casino dealers master their skills. These powerpoint presentations will educate and test, which will improve both speed and accuracy. They are aimed at casino dealers but there is no reason players should not also use them.

- Q: Are the DVD's aimed at players or dealers?
A: We aim the content at both players and dealers. As a player we will teach you the rules of the games, help you understand the house advantage, different methods of play and the results you can expect and much more.
As a dealer, we show you the technical skills you will need to learn to master the games. Understanding the bets, shortcuts, chip-handling skills and much more.
- Q: Do I have to watch the entire video presentation in one go?
A: The DVD content is presented in chapters. You can go at your own pace. We find it's best to have a full understanding of the chapter you have just watched before moving on to the next.
- Q: Which casino table games are featured?
A: At this time, we have Blackjack, Roulette and Craps available. In the future, we may go back into the studio to film more games. Please feel free to contact us if you think another game should be included.

- Q: Does The Blackjack Factory offer discounts to bulk purchasers?
A: Yes. Please contact us at orders@blackjackfactory.com to express your interest in a bulk order and we will reply with the discounted price.
- Q: What forms of payment does The Blackjack Factory accept?
A: The Blackjack Factory accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please contact orders@blackjackfactory.com for more details regarding payment methods. Note. All prices are subject to change at any given time.

- Q: How much do the DVD's cost?
A: We are offering the set of three DVD's (Blackjack, Roulette and Craps) for the bargain price of USD$49.95 (plus $12.95 postage).
- Q: Which currency does The Blackjack Factory use?
A: All prices are in United States Dollars.

- Q: How do I know my order was shipped?
A: Our system will automatically email you an order confirmation once you have placed your order. We will email you a second time to let you know that your order has been dispatched. When you receive your Blackjack Factory products, you will also find your invoice. If you require an invoice to be email to you, please contact orders@blackjackfactory.com.
- Q: How long will it take to receive my DVD order.
A: Delivery times are dependant on the postal service. On average domestic orders take 4 to 12 business days from shipping date. International delivery times average 7 to 21 business days from shipping date. Delays can increase the delivery times. For domestic orders at least 4 weeks must elapse from the date of shipment before we can take further action on packages that have exceeded the average delivery time. For International orders at least 8 weeks must elapse from the date of shipment before we can take further action on packages that have exceeded the average delivery time.
- Q: How much will it cost for shipping?
A: The Blackjack Factory offers a standard postal charge of US$12.95 for the three titles. If you require a faster method of delivery, please contact us for options. However, this is likely to increase the postal fee.
- Q: Will I have any problems receiving the DVD's in my country?
A: The Blackjack Factory is not aware of any export restrictions for these products.

- Q: What is The Blackjack Factory's policy on returns?
A: We guarantee that your merchandise will arrive in satisfactory condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, you may return it and have the same product replaced. Please contact returns@blackjackfactory.com if you would like to arrange a return.

- Q: Do you ever run out of stock?
A: We carry a complete inventory of every item that we sell. Our purchasing department makes every effort to ensure that we have adequate stock to always serve our customer's needs. However, in the unlikely event that we misjudge the demand for a product or title, we will keep your backorder on file and ship it to you as soon as stock arrives to fill your order.
